Whenever the batteries are disconnected or power is lost to the general module, relay module or the sunroof module, the sunroof must be initialized after power is restored. Without initialization, the one-touch opening or closing of the sunroof is inoperative. Initialization of the sunroof can be performed as follows. The instructions must be carried out with the ignition key in position II.

1. Press and hold the sunroof switch in lift position until the sunroof is completely raised approximately 15 seconds afterwards.

The sunroof is now initialized. Check the one-touch operation of the sunroof.
