All contributions to E31Wiki are the property of the submitter and are available under the Creative Commons Attribution-Noncommercial 3.0 License (CC-BY-NC), except where otherwise noted. You are free to copy, distribute, transmit and adapt the works, but out of respect for the authors who contribute their work free of charges and for the benefit of a free and open E31 community, you may not use the works for commercial purposes. The Creative Commons license enforces attribution, but since it is not always clear who is the author of a wiki work it suffices to provide a link to the work at E31Wiki.
Contributors' rights and obligations
If you contribute material to E31Wiki, you thereby license it to the public under the CC-BY-NC license. You always retain copyright to your own material – copyright is never transferred to E31Wiki. You can later republish and relicense them in any way you like. However, you can never retract the CC-BY-NC license for copies of materials that you place here; these copies will remain under CC-BY-NC.
You may only contribute material to E31Wiki if
- you hold the copyright to the material, for instance because you produced it yourself, or
- you acquired the material from a source that allows the licensing under the CC-BY-NC, for instance because the material is in the public domain, or
- you obtain special permission to use a copyrighted work from the copyright holder under the terms of the license E31Wiki uses. In this case, always clearly state that you obtained permission and provide a link or reference to the original source unless you agreed otherwise.
